Found, loved, and restored.

This project centered around our own vintage Karin chair, carefully reupholstered through the DUX ReDux initiative. By using my home as a canvas, I wanted to create a visual narrative that honors the beauty of restoration as an act of care where design, longevity, and thoughtful craftsmanship meet.

For me, it was about capturing the soul of a classic brought back to life. Through the interplay of light and shadow, and the tactile contrast between soft textiles and the architectural chrome frame, I aimed to create a harmonious story where still imagery and moving visuals work together to tell the tale of a design icon made to last.

To restore is to value what already exists and to give something well made a second life.

Made to last. Restored with love.
